Your privacy.
Eduplace Tutors is part of Eduplace Recruitment Agency. We follow the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
What we collect
Only what you send us: your name, your WhatsApp number or email address, and the match brief about your child (grade, subjects, how they learn and lesson preferences). Please don't include your child's surname or ID number.
Why we use it
To suggest a tutor, arrange your free first session and keep in touch about lessons. We share only what a tutor needs to know with the tutor we match you with. We don't sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing.
How long we keep it
For as long as you use Eduplace Tutors, and then only as long as the law requires. Ask us at any time to delete it.
Analytics and cookies
If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics measures which pages are used so we can improve the site. Ad features and Google signals are switched off. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits without cookies. You can change your choice under Cookie settings.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or object to how we use it. Email tutors@eduplace.co.za or WhatsApp +27 72 650 9725. If you're not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Regulator.
